Meanwhile, in Dallas...
Meanwhile, upstate in my hometown of Dallas, 17,000 packed Reunion Arena for an Obama rally. Including Emmitt Smith, who gave his endorsement.

Austin is buzzing today. Obama went for a run around Lady Bird (Town) Lake yesterday. Now everyone is ready for the debate tonight. Unfortunately I wasn't one of the lucky 100 selected for a Gen. Admission ticket.

also...you would love the phone call i just made to a nice old man in my precinct. he was furious i'd call for obama and actually dropped the "N" word on me. i was dumbfounded.
